Rapper Soulja Boy has deleted his Twitter account, prompting a wave of negative feedback from his former Twitter followers.
The Atlanta rapper has yet to reveal why he deleted his account, but #ifsouljaboywasarapper was soon a Trending Topic as tweeters took the
opportunity to clown the departed Soulja Boy. He had amassed over two
million followers on the social networking site and is expected to lose a
significant amount of revenue after deleting his page. Soulja Boy,
along with celebutant Kim Kardashian, was one of the highest-paid
personalities on Twitter.
Rumour says he and Kim Kardashian were both estimated to be earning roughly $10,000 per tweet.
