Why Must We CockBlock....??

This is something which will always baffle me for time to come ........ why must we continue to cockblock one another when we are trying to get some action with the opposite sex ...

Cockblock : To prevent a male friend or associate from getting some action. 2. Any such attempt to prevent a male friend or associate from getting some action.

Now they've made it look like only the male sex is always affected by this, but I know full well that women have experienced this before as well ...

there has been plenty of times when out with my mandem in a club/rave/event where I myself have tried to approach the opposite sex... and then my boy suddenly has an outburst an tries to interfere and step in.

Prime examples are when you about to walk over to the female, and he decided to tag along, another example is when I be talking to the lady and then my boy will randomly jump in talking some mad shit all drunk and shit, but knowing full well what he is doing.

I wont lie though I've been in the same position and tried an actually succeeded in cockblocking my friend. *chuckles* i know it ain't a good thing. My excuse was that I wanted to draw that one girl back to mine. *shrugs* I know that is such a petty excuse, but oh well at the time I didn't want my boy to be trying to 'chirps' that girl and take her digits. So i did what i had to do. My boy hated man for it, but yet we still was able to get over it and laugh about the whole thing. Unfortunately i cant say the same with some of my other friends. I remember times when it was almost an arms house in my flat between a few of my friends all because of this one girl. Trust it was reckless certain man were looking to draw for arms and cause some mad damage.

You will be happy to know we laughed it all off afterwards and even to this day we still talk about the madness we caused over some certain girls.

Now don't get me wrong we weren't out to cause dramas for each other when it came to cockblocking mandem, it was more of a comical vibe in which we did it, like with intention but only to antagonise each other. I chuckle just thinking about it now.

I've seen prime examples in the club/rave seeing certain man/women who are out to cockblock their friends. It's a sad site, but yet funny the way it's carried out. I think, an this is only my own opinion, that women are worst when it comes to stalling their own friends from trying to chat to the opposite sex. There's more friction and competition between them then there is with men. They go out their way to publicly embarrass their friend in front of the opposite sex. The amount of times I've seen a lady in the club who will go out of their way to dance and gyrate much harder and dirtier then their friend. Sometimes this will throw a dude off completely. I shall get into that side of the debate on another blog.

So yeah simple fact is that its something that will always continue to happen in life. From the young to the old it will always occur.

So next time you out and about, or in the club, just remember its all fun and games. Don't take things to heart, and if you are one of those that wish to 'cock/pussy block' your friend think first why you doing it and also the affect it will have on them.

Its all love when it comes to protecting someone, but then if you think they shouldn't be with the person or even attempt to talk to that person, just let them and watch their own downfall if they can't get their digits.
